The host toolkit: get your stay camera-ready

Whether you hire me or shoot it on a phone yourself, most of the result is decided before the camera comes out. This is the exact prep list I send to every client.

Shoot morning

When to shoot what

East-facing rooms

Shoot 7–10am. After that the light goes hard and the walls turn blue in the shadows.

Terraces & pools

The last 40 minutes before sunset, plus 15 minutes after. Turn exterior lights on early.

Common areas

Overcast midday is a gift — even light, no window blowout, no chasing patches of sun.

Dark interiors

Blue hour with warm lamps on beats fighting daylight. Plan those rooms for the end of the day.
